WHAT WILL HAPPEN TO TEKASHI 6IX9INE IN 2019? TRIAL DATE AND EVERYTHING ELSE SURROUNDING RAPPER'S INDICTMENT

by

The New Year marks a big one for Tekashi 6ix9ine. The rapper, who is currently behind bars at a federal prison in Queens, will finally start trial on racketeering conspiracy charges among others in 2019.

Although the trail isn’t scheduled to start until September 4, the “FEFE” rapper’s attorney Lance Lazarro will participate in a pre-trial conference on January 22.

Tekashi 6ix9ine is expected to remain behind bars throughout the trial. However, it is likely Lazarro will apply for bail directly to the trial judge in January. Initial bail requests at the preliminary hearing in November were denied.

Fans have thrown support behind Tekashi 6ix9ine in hopes of swaying a judge to grant the rapper bail. A change.org petition, launched by “GUMMO” fans on Saturday, already received more than 40,000 signatures from hip-hop hopefuls anticipating Tekashi 6ix9ine’s release.

Tekashi 6ix9ine, whose real name is Daniel Hernandez, was arrested for his involvement in Nine Trey Gangsta Bloods, a Brooklyn gang he regularly proclaimed in his music and on social media, just ahead of the Thanksgiving holiday in November.

The 17-count federal indictment was based on charges of racketeering, firearms offense and violent crime in aid of racketeering, which included instances of armed robbery, murder and drug trafficking in aid of Nine Trey. The gang was cited for operating as a criminal enterprise.

Four others in addition to 6ix9ine were charged in November, including his former manager Kifano “Shotti” Jordan, Jamel “Mel Murda” Jones, Jensel “Ish” Butler, Fuguan “Fu Banga” Lovick and Faheem “Crippy” Walters. Since then two more men—Roland “Ro Murda” Martin and Aaron “Bat” Young—have been added to the indictment.

Tekashi 6ix9ine, who was charged with six counts, pled not guilty during a hearing in November. If convicted, the Dummy Boy rapper will face a 32-year minimum sentence and a maximum of life in prison.

Her caption refers to her fight to prove his paternity: "This is annoying to have to post....but y'all see wassup." View the photo after the jump to evaluate the alleged resemblance.

Layna and Sara, Tekashi's known baby mama, have been sparring online recently. Sara asked the newcomer to ”Stop beefing with everybody Danny sticks his d**k in.” She ended her message by wishing her rival a Merry Christmas.

The clap-back that followed was harsh. Cristiano Ronaldo springs from bench to rescue 10-man Juventus at Atalanta

by

Cristiano Ronaldo saved Juventus’s unbeaten Serie A record this season when he came off the bench to score the equaliser in a dramatic 2-2 draw at Atalanta.

Juve, who dropped their first away points of the season, were down to 10 men at one of Serie A’s toughest venues when Ronaldo nodded home from close range in the 78th minute.

The Turin side thought they had snatched a win when Leonardo Bonucci volleyed home from a free-kick in stoppage time but the effort was ruled out for offside.

Juventus, with 16 wins and two draws from 18 games, have 50 points, nine ahead of Napoli who lost 1-0 to Inter later on Wednesday. Atalanta are eighth with 25 points.

Atalanta defender Berat Djimsiti miscued and sent an innocuous Alex Sandro cross into his own net to put Juventus ahead in the second minute before two goals from Duvan Zapata turned the game around.

The Colombian, scorer of Atalanta’s last eight goals, collected Alejandro Gómez’s pass with his back to goal and turned easily past Bonucci before firing a low shot past Wojciech Szczesny in the 24th minute.

Juventus midfielder Rodrigo Bentancur was sent off for a second bookable offence in the 53rd minute and Zapata headed Atalanta in front from a corner three minutes later.

Ronaldo, left out of the starting lineup for a Serie A game for the first time since his move from Real Madrid, came to the rescue with his 12th league goal of the season.

A corner was floated to the far post, Mario Mandzukic headed it back into the middle and Ronaldo nodded home.

NEW ARREST WARRANT ISSUED FOR TEKASHI 6IX9INE IN TEXAS ASSAULT CASE...IT JUST GETS WORSE

by

It just gets worse for imprisoned rapper Daniel Hernandez "BKA" Tekashi 6ix9ine. Despite the fact that Tekashi 6ix9ine is currently incarcerated in NYC without bail on federal charges, a Houston judge has issued a bench warrant for the 22-year-old Billboard charting star stemming from an alleged assault on a teen in a local mall.

Santiago Albarran appeared at one of Tek’s hearings and said he doesn't want to press charges, but the judges and the state are trying to put the finishing touches on a young man who was once on top of the rap and social media world.

Federal prosecutors have also been looking into the Chief Keef shooting in NYC and 6ix9ine’s possible involvement, but no warrants have been issued in that case at this time.

This is the beginning of a long road for Hernandez.

Cristiano Ronaldo: Juventus comments anger Real Madrid as Florentino Perez hits back

by

CRISTIANO RONALDO’s claim that Juventus is more of a family to him than Real Madrid has not down well with Los Blancos president Florentino Perez.

Cristiano Ronaldo has taken a series of pops at Real Madrid, and Perez in particular, ever since joining Juventus back in the summer.

The Portugal international recently claimed that the Serie A giants were a closer-knit unit than his former club.

Ronaldo angered Real Madrid fans by saying: "It isn't right to name someone specific but I can say that this is the best group in which I've played.

"Here, we are a squad, elsewhere, some players feel bigger than the others. Instead, here, everyone is on the same level, they are humble and want to win.

"If [Paulo] Dybala or [Mario] Mandzukic don't score, they are still happy and you see them smile.

"For me, it is beautiful, to feel that difference. Also at Madrid they are humble, but here I feel that sense more.

"It's very different to Madrid, here it is more of a family."

And Perez has now responded, insisting Real ARE a family club.

The Real Madrid chief also believes their success, in both football and basketball, backs that up.

He said: "We are proud of these players.

"We are champions at the same time in football and basketball, showing that nothing is impossible.

“This stage of existence is thanks to the unity of Real Madrid, but you also know that there is no comfort here and we are already thinking about winning the Club World Cup.

“This team will give everything again.”

Ronaldo previously hit out at Perez in October, blaming him for his Real Madrid exit.

“I felt it inside the club, especially from the president, that they no longer considered me the same way that they did in the start,” he said.

“In the first four or five years there I had the feeling of being ‘Cristiano Ronaldo’. Less afterwards.

“The president looked at me through eyes that didn’t want to say the same thing, as if I was no longer indispensable to them, if you know what I mean.

“That’s what made me think about leaving.

“Sometimes I’d look at the news, where they were saying I was asking to leave. There was a bit of that but the truth is I always had the impression the president would not hold me back.

“If it had all been about money, I’d have moved to China, where I would have earned five times as much than here [at Juventus] or at Real.

“I did not come to Juve for the money. I earned the same in Madrid, if not more. The difference is that, at Juve, they really wanted me. They told me that and made it clear.

“The truth is that the president wanted me but, at the same time, he made it known to me that my departure would not constitute a problem.”

TEKASHI 6IX9INE’S MOTHER THREATENED BY MAN WHO CLAIMS TO BE EL CHAPO’S NEPHEW

by

The longer the Tekashi 6ix9ine saga goes, the more shocking details are received. The latest report regarding the currently jailed rapper state his mother’s ability to reside in America was threatened by a man who is allegedly the nephew of famed cartel leader El Chapo.

The Daily Beast shared a voicemail clip from November, which was left after 6ix9ine failed to perform in Austin, Texas. The message was stated to be left by Jose Avila, the show’s promoter, who not only threatened 6ix9ine’s mother but also would get him placed back in jail earlier than it occurred.

The reveal of Avila being related to Joaquin Archivaldo Guzman Loera was stated in a text message to Tekashi’s booking agent.

“His brother lives there. His mother lives there. She don’t even have no fucking papers,” Avila says on the message left to a member of 6ix9ine’s security team.

“You need to please tell Danny bro’ that he needs to fucking call me and that he needs to come to my show, okay? I ain’t his f*cking n*ggas, I ain’t his fucking brother. He ain’t going to play with me. He needs to come to his show or I’m going to cut his probation, okay?”

“I know a lot of government people and I’m going to send his ass to jail if he doesn’t come to Austin, Texas, today,” Avila said. “He f*cking makes me lose money already.”

Not only did Avila state to be the nephew of El Chapo but at one point he also claimed to be Tekashi’s new manager. However, government officials claim to not have any knowledge of Avila as a relative to El Chapo. Legal representation for El Chapo also denies any relation.

Tekashi 6ix9ine Arrested on Federal Crime Charges

by
The controversial rapper and former associates face racketeering and firearms charges

Daniel Hernandez, the Brooklyn rapper known as Tekashi 6ix9ine, was arrested in New York City on federal crime charges last night (November 18), TMZ reports and Pitchfork has confirmed with the U.S. Attorney’s office. 6ix9ine’s ex-manager Shottie, real name Kifano Jordan, and their associates Faheem Walter (aka Crippy) and Jensel Butler (aka Ish) were also arrested. They all face racketeering and firearms charges. 6ix9ine said last week that he had fired Shottie and the rest of his management team.

The investigation that led to 6ix9ine’s arrest was conducted by the U.S. Attorney’s office with the NYPD, the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives, and Homeland Security Investigations. Pitchfork has emailed a representative for 6ix9ine for comment.

Earlier this month, police apprehended Jordan in connection with an incident in which Walter, in his capacity as 6ix9ine’s bodyguard, was shot and later charged with gang assault.

Hernandez is currently on probation, stemming from an October 2015 guilty plea to the use of a child in a sexual performance. Sentencing in the case dragged on for years until, last month, a New York judge gave Hernandez four years of probation and required him to complete community service, refrain from gang affiliation, and avoid future arrests.

Daniel Hernandez also has a pending legal case in Texas. This past January, Hernandez allegedly choked a 16-year-old at the Galleria Mall in Houston, Texas. Hernandez and his security demanded that the teenager erase video footage of the incident from his phone, according to a police report. In May, he was charged with misdemeanor assault, and he was arrested on the Texas warrant in July.
