The reality star's insurance company has reportedly filed a lawsuit against Pascal and the company he was working for at the time of the robbery
The bodyguard who was looking after Kim Kardashian when she was robbed at gunpoint in Paris in 2016 is being sued, according to US reports.
Pascal Duvier and the company he was employed by, Protect Security, are being sued by Kim's insurance company for $6.1 million (£4.7million), reports TMZ.
That is the amount insurance company AIG paid out to the reality star over her stolen jewellery.
Pascal was with Kim on her ill-fated trip to the French capital when the reality TV star was bound, gagged and locked in a bathroom when masked men broke into her luxury Paris apartment.

Pascal had left Kim at the time of the robbery so he could protect Kim's sisters Kendall Jenner and Kourtney Kardashian at a nearby nightclub.
According to TMZ, the AIG lawsuit also claims there were a number of security breaches in the hotel that Pascal allegedly failed to correct.
The suit reportedly states that the intercom to the door wasn't working and the front gate to the hotel's courtyard was missing a lock - things Pascal and Protect Security 'should have flagged'
